While bustin’ a move at the prom? While washing the dog? While flying a kite? Um, don’t mind if we do. We were pumped to learn just how much exercise we can get doing some of our fave spring-time activities. Turns out, not all sweat sessions have to take place in a gym. And with the sun finally coming out to play, who wants to hit the stationary bike? Sure, these activities shouldn’t totally replace your workout routine (sigh), but they can add some punch to your already active life. And, the more you do ‘em, the less time you’ll spend veggin’ in front of the tube. Hey, we’ll take as much accidental exercise as we can get! Sound too good to be true? Just check out our list!
1 hour of pulling weeds in the garden --- is like 30 minutes on the Stair Master
