I feel so embarrassed in gym class because I can't do curl ups.Everybody can do it and I feel embarrassed every time.Is there something wrong with my stomach?
That’s a great question. I am assuming that curl ups are like sit-ups (I am old school) and are meant to strengthen your stomach muscles. If you can’t do curl ups, it does not necessarily mean that there is something wrong with your stomach. But, if you are concerned about your health then I suggest that you make an appointment to talk with your doctor.
